		<description>I am not at all surprised by a difference like that. Adsense takes note of the content that you post and matches the ads that it serves to your site/blog to the content of same.

Bear this in mind when you establish your blog and the topics it will cover, even so far as to  consider what keywords to add to the meta description in your template as these can all influence which adsense ads are sent to your blog/site pages.
